1. Core muslce need to train in different type of exercise and heavy weight rather than do more rep and set.

2. To lose weight, u need to workout for aerobic exercise and resistance training. If ur only doing aerobic exercise, u lose ur lean muscle while u burn ur fat, this cz decresea in resting resting energy expenditure and metabolic rate.
